Name:    Interferon Beta Neutralizing Antibody with Reflex to Titer
Specimen:    1 mL serum from a Red SST or Red top tube. Separate serum from cells ASAP. Patient Preparation: Collect the specimen before Interferon beta treatment, or more than48 hours following the most recent dose. Patient should not be on steroid therapoy in excess of 10 mg prednisolone (or equivalent) daily. High endogenous levels of interferon beta, alpha or gamma may interfere with this assay.

Hemolyzed, icteric and lipemic samples are unacceptable.
Minimum Spec:    0.3 mL
Transport Temp:    Refrigerated
Spec Stability:    Stable up to 2 weeks refrigerated.
