CMMC Offers HypnoBirthing® Method for Expectant Mothers
HypnoBirthing® is a childbirth method based upon the idea that a natural, comfortable birthing can be achieved through deep relaxation and freedom of fear. This method teaches women and their partners techniques to free themselves from stress and fear, allowing the body to do what it knows how to do naturally. HypnoBirthing® can help mothers achieve a serene, joyful, and satisfying birthing experience, where they are fully in control, just as nature intended.
In this five-week series, you and your partner will learn:
- How to create an environment that is calm and relaxing.
- Self-hypnosis techniques to help eliminate fear and tension.
- How the body's natural anesthesia (endorphins) can reduce pain.
- How a mother's body works in harmony with nature throughout labor.
- The importance of prenatal and perinatal bonding.
Class fee is $100 per couple.
