The Health & Fitness Center hopes to help working people become healthier and more fit. You'll feel better and you will reduce your chance of injury or health issues!
Here’s a free class offered to CMMC Employees:
This class is geared towards those who have been non-exercisers and/or those who are just starting out. It’s for CMMC employees only. (Bring a co-worker with you!) You'll feel re-energized and ready for the rest of your day!

Also for CMMC employees:
Job Placement Assessments and Work Conditioning. CMMC employees undergo job placement testing to assess their fitness and ability levels before starting employment. When appropriate, follow-up work conditioning is provided to help individuals get fit and stay fit for their job position, reducing the likelihood of injury or excessive fatigue on the job.
We also offer onsite wellness programs for businesses who would like to help their employees get healthier and feel more fit. We call this service: "Wellness Solutions -- Worksite Health Services.”
We offer on-site wellness services to area employers. This includes health risk assessments, blood pressure and cholesterol screening, education classes, and ongoing wellness coaching to help employees improve health and reduce risks for chronic disease. We also offer programs to allow employees to become members at the Health & Fitness Center.
