The Health & Fitness Center Offers
Wellness Services and Special Classes
The Health & Fitness Center offers group Wellness classes such as yoga, to help with muscle strength, flexibility, and overall rejuvenation. And we offer massage therapy, to alleviate muscle pain, stress and tension. It is available by appointment. Yoga and massage are helpful to just about anyone, no matter age or physical condition.
The Health & Fitness Center also offers services and classes for people who may have a specialized need. For example:
This class begins with a one-on-one evaluation with a health fitness specialist. He/she will develop a program to meet your specific goals. Over time, your program may progress to a structured group exercise plan. The class has a special focus on flexibility, balance, and fall prevention.
Time: Tues & Thurs, 8-9 am;

Mom's Power Hour
New and expecting moms can get and stay fit with this cardio, resistance, and stretching routine specially designed for muscular conditioning and endurance in preparation for labor, delivery, and
Instructor: Brandi Eastman
Time: Wed, 6-7 pm
Cost: Aerobic punch card; members free
Note: Physician clearance is required prior to
beginning this class. Space is limited to 25. Sign up as soon as you can! Minimum 4 participants required to hold class.

Happy Hearts and Lungs
A maintenance program for people with a cardiac and/or pulmonary history. Supervised individual, independent cardiovascular and strength training. Incorporates group weights and self-safety skills.

Time: Mon, Wed, Fri; 8-9 am, 9-10 am,
10:30-11:30 am, 1-2 pm
Cost: $35 per month

For all new members, we offer a free biometric assessment, to establish your weight and fat percentages and statistics; you can then periodically check these to measure improvement. The assessment includes learning your Body Mass Index (BMI); your body composition (percentage of body fat and lean mass); and girth measurements.
