Patient Satisfaction |
Not surprisingly, high-quality healthcare services and high levels of
patient satisfaction are linked.
Central Maine Medical Center not only measures the quality of the clinical
services it provides, but also surveys patients to learn how they view their
experience at CMMC. These surveys are quite comprehensive and the detailed
feedback is used to improve services.
