What is Palliative Care?

Palliative Care is a team approach to improving the quality of a seriously ill person's life and supporting them and their family both during and after treatment. Palliative care works with you and your family to address physicial, emotional and spiritual suffering that can arise during your illness.

CMMC's palliative care program is registered in the National Palliative Care Registry™.
