OICM physicians, aided by physician assistants, oversee all aspects of patient care through the entire course of treatment - from the first visit at the doctor's office, through hospital admission and surgery, to follow up care after hospital discharge.

Physical therapists and physical therapy assistants support and guide patients through the process of gaining the strength and mobility necessary to get around safely outside the hospital.

Occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants help patients gain independence with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and managing the home environment.

Orthotists assist patients who need orthotic support (braces) to help with their recovery.

Case Managers coordinate the care provided by the team during a patient's hospital stay.

Social Workers helping patients access any services they require when discharged from the hospital.

Nurses work closely with all team members to manage each patient's day-to-day needs, treatments and progressions.
