Graduation Requirements |
REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
- The student will demonstrate satisfactorily meeting course objectives by passing each course with a grade average of 70 or higher.
- The student will obtain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
- The student will obtain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher in the clinical practicum and academic portions of each module.The student will satisfactorily complete clinical competency evaluations in each of the following areas:
Patient Care (4 evaluations)
Quality Control Procedures (6 evaluations)
Skeletal System (2 evaluations)
Cardiovascular System (2 evaluations)
Respiratory System (2 evaluations)
Gastrointestinal System (3 evaluations)
Genitourinary System (1 evaluations)
Endocrine System (2 evaluations)
Nervous System (1 evaluations)
Infection Imaging (1 evaluation)
Tumor/ Antibody (2 evaluations)
SPECT (3 evaluations)
Therapy procedures (1 evaluation)
Elective competencies (5 – to be done from the above list)
Final Competency (3 evaluations)
- The student will satisfactorily complete clinical labs in the following areas:
Radiopharmaceutical Preparation
Radiopharmaceutical Quality Control
Other labs as assigned
- The student will satisfactorily complete a Basic Cardiac Life Support course in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation prior to the start of the program.
- The student will make up time missed from the clinical area, which is in excess of sick/personal time and vacation time allowed.
