Central Maine Medical Family consists of: Central Maine Medical Center, a 250 bed tertiary care hospital and Level II trauma center with approximately 300 physicians; two critical access hospitals, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital; the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute; Central Maine Medical Center College of Nursing and Health Professions; and affiliated long-term care facilities, clinics and practices.  Our combined primary and secondary service area extends from Maine’s western lakes and foothills across the state’s vast ‘central tier’ to the coast.
