CMH offers you and your eligible dependents a comprehensive dental plan designed to encourage regular checkups and preventive care to correct minor dental problems before they become serious and to help cover the cost of more expensive dental procedures. Coverage is provided for diagnostic and preventive services, basic restorative services, major restorative services, and orthodontia.
