Training Programs Cover a Patient's Head

Central Maine Medical Center is a teaching hospital that supports both formal degree programs and courses on a variety of healthcare topics.

The Central Maine Institute for Health Professions offers degree programs through the Clark F. Miller School of Radiologic Technology, the School of Nuclear Medicine Technology, and the CMMC School of Nursing. Each of these programs is materially supported by CMMC.

The CMMC Family Medicine Residency Program offers a three-year program for medical school graduates who are pursuing residency training in family practice medicine.

The CMMC Pastoral Care Department provides accredited Clinical Pastoral Education modules for clergy and laypersons who wish to expand their knowledge in the provision of pastoral care in a healthcare setting.

Tri-County Emergency Medical Services, the region’s emergency medical services council, provides education and promotes excellence in all aspects of emergency care. TCEMS is headquartered at CMMC.
