Nurses are well informed and knowledgeable, very courteous and caring. Family was treated very well and kept well informed. Dr. Lucarelli was very pleasant and kept us well informed. She responded quickly to our concerns. Thank you, doctor. Lisa prepared me for discharge from M1 – she took extra time for explanations etc. We have “spread the word” on the high quality of treatment, care and concern that I received at CMMC. Also wish to mention the care and concern for my wife and how great it was that she was able to stay at the Arbor House. Thank you so much. The entire staff on M1 is exceptional plus “Jay” who was not assigned to our room but kept popping into help.

Arbor House is excellent for visitors from away. We traveled 126 miles from Dedham ME as none of the neurosurgeons in Bangor are accepting Anthem Blue Cross. The distance was expensive and inconvenient but Arbor House and the whole CMMC experience was worth it. All hospital staff from cafeteria staff to nurses to doctors to cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. EMMC could take some lessons from your caring environment: safe, caring pleasant experience.

I traveled quite a ways (Pittston ME) to go to CMMC. I delivered my other 2 kids here and go here for all my needs. I love the hospital. All of the nurses I had were exceptional. The special delivery unit is one of a kind.

Beth CNA was terrific as was Brooke RN and all on T3. Dr. Dickens and Condit spent a lot of time diagnosing which was great. I’m alive and walking because of them. Although I am recovering out of state I intend to return to the area. One reason is I will need care in the future and I feel so much better knowing I can return to CMMC and receive excellent care. The patience, kindness and compassion and the quality of care made my stay easier and allowed me to be treated thoroughly
