Personal Health and Exercise Prescription: A personal
health counselor will assist you by using a health risk assessment
to identify your risk factors, assess your fitness level and
help you to establish exercise goals with a safe exercise
program.
Personal Training: Personal trainers can help anyone, regardless of physical condition or age! Qualified and properly trained personal trainers will help safely start and maintain an effective exercise program, will understand your "fitness goals" and help you acheive them, and can be a great source of motivation and encouragement, as well as a resource for the latest objective health and fitness information. He/She can help you fit exercise into your busy schedule and teach you how to make the most out of your time in the gym!
Athletic Training: If you have a chronic condition
or injury that prevents you from doing work or recreational
activities, an athletic trainer can evaluate your injury and
prescribe an exercise program that will help you continue
to heal and become more functional. This is an alternative
rehabilitative program.
Fitness Evaluation: Are you starting a new exercise
or wanting to determine if you program is working for you?
We can measure you girth, strength, body composition, and
blood pressure. We can work with you to build a new work out
program base on your results and goals.
Personal Health Consultation/Exercise Program Development: If you have special needs or questions about your health,
our personal health counselor can create an exercise program
just for you.
